Browne's Boomtown Bistro is proudly owned and operated by Jim Adolfson, and his wife Terri, who opened the bistro in February of 2019.
This latest endeavor marks a return to restaurant ownership for the couple as Jim had previously co-owned the historic Ferguson's Cafe for several years prior. Jim's repertoire also includes several years managing some of the best fine dining restaurants in the Inland Northwest.
Jim's culinary skills began at a very early age while helping his grandmother at DuSault's on Monroe and his years of experience have given him the enviable talent to cook up a variety of sumptuous dishes, from scratch, that are sure to please any pallet.
The bistro, located in the historic Browne's Addition on the corner of Pacific and Cannon, can seat up to 80 and is comprised of the main dining floor, a full espresso bar and pub upstairs, and outdoor patio seating.
